Trust is not built through team activities alone. It is built through moments of honesty held by a group that has learned to be present together. Week 2 goes into the territory most teams avoid — and finds the real strength there.

6 sessions -Beginning with building trust, honesty, and safety and moving into social connection and human presence, deep communication, and listening differently.

Session 5 — Social Interaction & Community Building

Let’s do something together? We are immersed in nature while communicating in different ways through artwork, music, and a storytelling activity. This is where we connect outside of work and work-related duties. We really need to rely on each other and trust that the other person will be there.
